Are the gemstones glued or sewn onto the visor?
All stones are glued onto the visor, using highly specialised gemstone glue.

How should I care for my visor?
The preferred method to care for your visor is to hand wash it with a brush, taking care not to soak it for more than a few minutes. Using the bathtub or the shower makes it easier to rinse.
Air dry the visor and avoid direct sunlight. Heat is not adhesive’s friend. Keep in mind that crystal rhinestones and jewels are glass, so don’t just toss your visor in the corner after a round of golf.

What are my payment options?
Golfglam accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments. For your convenience, we also accept payment via PayPal.

What is the currency for all prices?
All prices listed on our website are quoted in British Pounds as well as US Dollars.

Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to offer international shipping in addition to the United Kingdom. Please refer to the terms and conditions page for more information.

Are online transactions secure?
Golfglam assures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website uses secure socket layer (SSL) certification. SSL can be identified by a padlock in the browser address. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records.

What is Golfglam's product availability?
As we are a small business we keep only limited stock. If in stock, products will ship within 1-2 working days. For larger orders or products that are not in stock, items are shipped within 3-5 working days.

Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?
You will receive an email notification immediately following your order. You will then receive another notification once your product has been shipped.

What is Golfglam’s refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorisation number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorisation number. Once a return is authorised, we will refund your payment deducting any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorised orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorisation was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
